Cancellations

Cancelling your order: You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. Please contact us and we will arrange the refund of your money if applicable. Please include your name and order number with your message.

Returns

Money back guarantee: We have a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you do not want to keep your items then return them to us in their original condition and packaging and we will refund the value of your goods. We cannot pay the return delivery costs for unwanted items.

To arrange the return of large furniture contact us and we will call you to arrange the pick up. We cannot accept returns for flat-packed furniture that has been constructed or part-constructed.

Missing Items

We advise that you check the items that are being delivered against the items listed on your confirmation letter with the courier wherever possible. In the unlikely event that any items are missing, please make a comment on the delivery note which they should ask you to sign. Please let us know as soon as possible and then we will be able to pursue it on your behalf.

Damaged Goods

If your goods are damaged when you receive them please let us know as soon as possible. We will arrange the replacement of any faulty items or parts. We will also refund you any postage costs you incur for returning faulty items.
